Shipping

customers in the United States only via UPS and U.S. Postal
Service.

Returns and Exchanges
Our hope is that you and your dog will be completely delighted with
your My Gifted Dog purchase. If this is not the case, please return
any items for a refund or exchange using the guidelines below:

We accept
returns within 30 days from the purchase date only.

Please package
your return carefully to avoid damage to the product(s).

Products must
be unused and in re-sellable condition with all original tags
attached (no exceptions).

Return shipping
costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Dog treats,
custom orders, grooming products and toys may not be returned.

Please include
the original invoice with a note indicating your reason for
return. Should you wish to exchange your product(s), please let
us know which item(s) you would like in exchange.

Please be sure
to include your name, address, daytime telephone number, email
address and order number with your return or exchange.

Refunds will be
made within 5-10 business days.
